This in-person workshop will give you the framework to help others create habits for happiness and self-actualization. You will also learn strategies for helping clients create a life of intention.

1. What is happiness? 2. The benefits of being happy 3. The barriers to happiness (self-assessment tool) 4. The 5 pillars of happiness 5. Learn over 30 skills for creating happiness 6. Learn how to create a 30 day Habits for Happiness plan with your clients
Here’s what we will cover in the afternoon session:·1.We will practice writing and practice visualization strategies as a means for representing abstract thought and creating physical manifestations of our desires and intentions. 2. Learn how self-actualization enables us to tolerate uncertainty and accept ourselves and others for how we are, allowing us to be spontaneous in thought and action. This freedom lends to improved self-care. Learn the behaviors and traits of self-actualized persons. 3. Develop a sense of purpose and self-awareness while looking at our basic needs and if they are being met. This objective includes a self-care wheel for including basic needs toward attainment, gratification, and fulfillment.
