Day 3-4 was more than I could have asked for! This was an amazing group of women that I am forever blessed to have in my life. They are each so unique and authentic. I definitely feel the goals for this trip were met and my heart is full! Healers Hiking Retreat 2022 Big Bend

I strive to offer a space for therapists to process all we’ve been through the past few years with the pandemic, a space for therapists to be real and vulnerable. We NEED to relate, release, and rejuvenate. What better way to recharge than with the rhythm of walking/hiking while surrounded by nature? This group of ladies will always hold a special place in my heart. Just getting started and this really fuels my fire.
